“Family tradition” 16”x20” sunago Oil on Canvas

Family tradition is important to many, this beautiful dress was over 100 years old and graced many before her. When the dress was brought to us from the storage vault, it was properly folded and encased in an airtight, light blocking container. At 100+ years old, it was not only like new, but had a long history of dressing this child and her entire family before her. This story and powerful connection was then cemented in oil for many generations in her future to see and understand. There is a strength in this connection to family that cannot be understated.
