Larry and Ela have been specializing in photographing children with disabilities and special needs for over 15 years now. They became “the lucky few” when their daughter was born with Down syndrome 3 years ago. Witnessing her journey inspired them even more to create for the children with special needs. As parents of a child with Down syndrome who went through two open heart surgeries, they have a unique view and set of skills (patience) to bring the beauty of these special children in art!
"We are so privileged to have our little angel in our life bringing unimaginable joy and love to us. We photographed thousands of children from all around the world. As we discovered one thing is true: every child is unique! and children with special needs have the exact same needs as every other child! They might need extra help and patience but they love to play the same way, they need joy and fun just like every other child. We often see with our little girl on the playground how other parents try to “protect our Rose” but not having their children play with her, just in case she gets hurt. That is the opposite of what our children need. They need to feel accepted by their peers, they love to play just the same! Every child deserves to feel accepted and have beautiful portraits that capture their unique spirit.

The luxury venue, has easy parking, privacy, AC and heater in the cold days, easy access to bathrooms, ample time for patience, breaks, wheelchair access, and access to electric outlets. We provide the outfits and props for the children and adults. In other words: creative and fun session!
